At Tumbled Earth, our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will help make it right.

//MERCHANDISE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Merchandise purchased as a sale item (discounted from the regular price on our website) are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Merchandise purchased using a discount code 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or tags removed. Clothing with stains (example: deodorant), pet hair or odors.
  • Earrings
  • Bath + body products
  • Gift cards

//ONLINE RETURN FOR FULL REFUND

Regularly priced merchandise and items that were discounted up to 15% off using a discount code can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order

Customer provides return shipping. You can use any shipping service provider but we suggest using the original shipping carrier for the return as it's likely the most cost-effective option. 

Once we have verified the condition of the return, we will process the full refund to your method of payment.

In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition and/or falls into the category of INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, we reserve the right to refuse future returns. 

//ONLINE RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

If you want to return merchandise after 30 days of placing the order and up to 60 days, the same rules apply as above except no money will be refunded but instead you will receive store credit. You will receive an email containing a Gift Card code that can be used toward a future purchase. The Gift Card will be equal to the amount of the returned item, including sales tax.

//ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you found your item is not the perfect size and would like to exchange it, please see above for the process of how to return an item. You are welcome to purchase the correct size from our online store.

//DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the defects. Defects must be reported before items are worn and washed; merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted. 

If you do not contact us about the defect within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.

//IN-STORE RETURN

If you are local to the Kimberley area, you can process the return at our brick and mortar store. 

//JEWELRY REPAIRS

We stand behind the quality of Tumbled Earth jewelry. If for some reason you need a repair due to shipping, we will cover the cost of all manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to personal use, dropped, etc., we will charge a small but reasonable fee to repair it. The customer must pay the return shipping and we will cover the cost of sending it back to you. Please contact us here before sending an item for repair.
