If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right - easy as that.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment or store credit (your choice). After 14 days and up to 30 days, we’re happy to offer store credit.
Non-eligible Items / Final Sale
Because of the nature of certain items, we can’t accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Products that has been worn or damaged
- Opened packages and/or tags cut off
*Sale clothing purchased online may be returned for store credit only. Sale clothing purchased in-store is final sale, as you have the opportunity to try it on before purchasing.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using the same carrier for the best rate.
Free Shipping Adjustments
If you received free shipping and a return brings your total below $150 (our free shipping threshold), the flat rate of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund. To keep your full refund amount, choose store credit - we’ll cover shipping on our end.

Need a different size? Just return your item following the steps above, and you can reorder the right one anytime online.
Defects or Damages
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll take care of it right away - no hassle.
Jewelry Repairs
We stand behind every piece we make. If your Tumbled Earth jewelry arrives damaged, we’ll repair it free of charge. If it’s damaged later from wear, we can fix it for a small, fair repair fee — just contact us here before sending your item.
