At Tumbled Earth, our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will help make it right.

//MERCHANDISE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

All merchandise purchased as a sale item (discounted from original price) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. 

Ineligible merchandise also includes: worn items, earrings, custom jewelry and bath + body products. Gift cards are final sale.

//ONLINE RETURN FOR FULL REFUND

Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any stains or odors.

We provide a return label through our portal. If your label expires, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost. Place item in a clean polymailer or box and tape the return label to the outside. Drop it off at your local Canada Post.

Once we have verified the condition of the return, we will process the refund to your method of payment. Full refunds will be subjected to a $12 shipping fee

In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition and without the tags, we reserve the right to refuse future returns. 

//ONLINE RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

If you want to return merchandise after 14 days of receiving it and up to 60 days, the same rules apply as above except no money will be refunded but instead you will receive store credit. You will receive an email containing a Gift Card code that can be used toward a future purchase. The Gift Card will be equal to the amount of the returned item, including sales tax and minus the $12 shipping fee.

//ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you found your item is not the perfect size and would like to exchange it, please see above for the process of how to return an item. You are welcome to purchase the correct size from our online store.

//DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the defects. Defects must be reported before items are worn and washed; merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted. 

If you do not contact us about the defect within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.

//IN-STORE RETURN

If you would like to return an item that was bought at our brick and mortar store, please visit the store for your return to be processed. 

  • Exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items being returned must be in perfect condition; unused/unworn with tags on and original receipt.
  • Original method of payment is required to provide a full refund. If you cannot provide the original method of payment or the receipt, you will be given a store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse your return based on the condition of the merchandise.

//JEWELRY REPAIRS

We stand behind the quality of Tumbled Earth jewelry. If for some reason you need a repair due to shipping, we will cover the cost of all manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to personal use, dropped, etc., we will charge a small but reasonable fee to repair it. The customer must pay the return shipping and we will cover the cost of sending it back to you. Please contact us here before sending an item for repair.
