Online Orders + Shipping
REGULAR PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. We work with a variety of trusted shipping carriers, choosing the best option based on your location. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding federal and provincial holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to keep you updated.
SHIPPING FEES
Canada + USA: $10 flat rate (non-refundable) or free shipping on orders $100+ (before tax). Parcel includes tracking and delivery confirmation. FYI...we pay between $15-28 to ship each order.

- Free shipping applies only to the Jewelry of the Month item. If you add other items to your order, standard shipping rates will apply.
- This free shipping option is untracked and sent via Regular Mail through Canada Post.
- Delivery times range from 2–10 business days.
GIFT NOTE
If you are purchasing a gift and shipping it directly to the recipient, we offer a complimentary Gift Note. Please let us know in the "Special instructions for seller" in Your Cart. Include the recipients name and who you want it from. We will make sure there are no prices on the items.
IN-STORE PICKUP
We do our best to fulfill online orders as quickly as possible. Your order may not be available on the same day in which it was placed. We ask that you be patient and wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready for pickup.
TRACKING + DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to sale events or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated. You will also receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been delivered.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address and email correctly. We are unable to make changes after the package has been shipped. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address it is your responsibility to cover the costs of re-shipping. We only offer free shipping once on the original purchase.
DAMAGES
Once an order leaves our studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We take pride in the way we package your order so if something arrives damaged please let us know immediately so we can help fix the situation.
MISUSE OF DISCOUNT CODES
We reserve the right to refund orders if we find that our codes are being used repeatedly. You items will not be reserved should this occur.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Tumbled Earth is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to email us and we will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package. If your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Tumbled Earth is not responsible for stolen packages.
