Regular Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day after your order is placed. We work with trusted carriers and choose the best option based on your location. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding federal and provincial holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to stay updated.

Shipping Fees

  • Canada: $12.99 flat rate, or free on orders $100+ (before tax). Tracking and delivery confirmation included.
  • USA: Currently unavailable until further notice.

Gift Notes
Purchasing a gift? Add a note in the “Special instructions for seller” in your cart with the recipient’s name and who it’s from. We’ll make sure no prices are included.

In-Store Pickup
Local to Kimberley? Orders may not be available the same day, so please wait for our email confirming your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking + Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. During busy periods (sales or holidays), shipping and tracking updates may be delayed, but we’ll keep you informed.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address and email before completing your order. We cannot make changes after shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping applies only to the original purchase.

Damages
Once an order leaves our studio, we cannot control how the carrier handles it. We carefully package all orders, and if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can help.

Misuse of Discount Codes
We reserve the right to cancel orders if codes are repeatedly misused. Items will not be reserved in these cases.

Missing or Stolen Packages
For missing packages, please check with your local post office using your tracking number. While Tumbled Earth cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, we will do our best to assist with recovery. For stolen packages, contact local authorities immediately.
