Rose quartz is well known as the stone of universal love.  It restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love whether it be platonic, romantic or self-love.  It can help to bring more love into any situation in your life.  It increases one's capacity for forgiveness, compassion and acceptance. 

The lava stone has the added benefit of aromatherapy by acting as a natural diffuser.  Place 1-2 drops of your favorite oil on the porous stone and rub it in.  A little goes a long way.
