A simple but effective way to polish a long baggy t-shirt. Just slip the material from the back of the ring through one hole and feed it through the other hole. Gently pull the little "tail" of clothing down so the shirt tightens up. You can do the same for a scarf or even a skirt. Only the outside circle is visible; a very modern and adorable accessory.
